Avenger RV trailers

The Avenger RV trailers are built by Prime Time with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and a travel trailer that is both affordable and durable. Recently redesigned, the Avenger has a dynamic and modern look and functional floorplans that will please couples and families.

The frame is 8 feet wide and is made of powder-coated I-Beam with full-length outriggers for better support to the base of the wall. The floor is made of 2 inches by 3 inches joists, a Dynaspan seamless floor decking that is 5/8-inch-thick, 24-foot-long, and backed with a 25-year warranty and a Seamless carefree Congoleum flooring. If the Travel trailer is more than 24 feet long, the seam between the two sheets will be placed somewhere in the RV trailer where there should not be a lot of traffic like underneath the bed or the shower. The frame is enhanced with the secure tank system that includes a freshwater steel cage to hold it tightly in place, a freshwater tank direct valve overflow to prevent the tank from swelling if too much water is filled in it, and an underbelly that encloses and insulates the frame which is also heated by a hot air duct. The underbelly has access panels, so you will not need to cut it if a component needs to be repaired. The Avenger has a PEX plumbing system.

The walls are made of 2 by 2 wood studs, then spun fiberglass insulation is glued to the back of the sidewall between every stud and is then protected by an aluminum exterior skin decorated with deluxe graphics. The Avenger travel trailer is built with the extreme weather package which means that the RV trailer has a hurricane strapped base, its corners are cross banded, its baggage doors are fully framed and have covered hinge, and its slideouts have premium gutter rail above them and a triple seal system that keeps the seals tightly in place to prevent any gap where the water could leak. The walls are also reinforced above the slide rooms with 5-inch LVL headers. The Avenger travel trailer has a walk-on roof with a 3/8 inch decking covered by a seamless TPO membrane.

The Avenger goes through the Leak Guard Assurance Process of Prime Time. This process consists of one enhancement and 3 tests that reduce to a minimum the chances of water leaking in the travel trailer. First, the plumbing is upgraded to PEX water lines which are flexible even at low temperatures, this prevents Prime Time from using fittings since they simply bend the PEX water line. Then a device is used to detect any leak in the plumbing system by using the equalization principle during the "Seek a Leak" test, the device is really sensitive and would detect any drop in pressure in the system. Then, it is time for the "Seal tech" test, air pressure is built up in the RV by a blower that sends air by a vacuum hose in the Avenger's entry door. Soapy water is then sprayed all around the travel trailer while the technician looks for bubble collection near the seals. The high interior pressure would push air through any void, creating bubbles. Finally, the travel trailer is brought in a dedicated bay for the "Rain bay" test. A severe rain with windy conditions and "on the road" rain conditions are created by spraying water through ports located above and on the sides of the RV. The rain simulated is equivalent to a 24-inch of water per hour rain.

A few more details, the Avenger’s front wall is curved to be more aerodynamic and it has a Diamond plate to prevent any damages from rocks while on the road. It is also solar-ready and prepared to have a backup camera installed. Finally, it is equipped with EZ Lube Dexter axles for easy maintenance and a spare tire.

The Avenger travel trailer has everything you could need for your family vacation. Starting by its two 20-pound propane tanks, its 4 stabilizer jacks, its “Solid Stance” fold-down steps with a folding grab handle and a bottle opener, its LED-lit power awning, and its blue LED speakers, some models even have a full exterior kitchen!
